Activities

 Our club activities are centered around German culture and marksmanship.

 We have monthly meetings with indoor and seasonal outdoor marksmanship contests. We shoot .22 long rifles in the outdoor season and .177 air rifles during the winter months.  

 We also have several competitions with other teams throughout the year which feature opportunities for both individual and team recognition.

 Our meetings also feature traditional German meals, prepared fresh in our on-premises kitchen, and our bar has drinks for all tastes.

 We host several German Festivals on our Schuetzenpark grounds in the summer months.

 In the winter months we host dinner dances in our Schuetzenhaus.

 The DASV is affiliated with the German American Cultural Center and the National Rifle Association.

 We are also a Michigan United Conservation Clubs affiliate, and have hosted several District 7 MUCC meetings in recent years.
