How to become king – Our Königsball on march 27 2010…
Every year again we celebrate our Königsball for honoring the new majesties – so again this year. We all were very nervous, because our last Königsball last year was a completely desaster. The service was very bad – even like the beer. And we were very scared that our friends from other marksmenship clubs in Hanover do not come again.
Meanwhile I became Jugendleiter (youth manager) and I had to present the new king or queen of the young members. Finally my brother became Jugendkönig – he was shocked XD.
After that the majesties of the adult members should be proclaimed. Believe it or not but I became king of the adults. And you can imagine that I was shocked, too. Only my mother was happy as hell – now she has two kings as her sons
It was a very wonderfull evening. Our scarings that our friends wouldn’t come again were completely unjustified. We enjoyed that evening and I was very late – respectively very early (6.00am next morning XD) at home
I am very proud that I had become king; that I was the best at Königsschießen.
Now I look forward to the big Schützenfest on july this year – of course I’ll set pictures online here
